We, FUNDAUS SIA, are established in the Republic of Latvia and are eligible to provide lending-based crowdfunding services for companies duly registered in the European Union. Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2020/1503, we obtained the European Crowdfunding Service Provider (ECSP) authorization.
Our supervisory authority is the Bank of Latvia. We hold the license No. 27-10/2026/39, which allows us to provide services on a cross-border basis throughout all 27 EU Member States.
